Estate Project Management Limited (EPML) is a South Wiltshire based property developer and building contractor providing reliable Property Project Management, building refurbishment, and building restorations in and around The Woodfords, Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Tony Lawes heads and established the property company in 2003. After valuable experience in leading edge sectors of the construction and property industry, in recent years has returned to set-up and manage his Property Development and Building Restoration Company.
EPML provide property restoration and development services which are provided in 3 main categories:
- Building restoration and construction – providing tradition quality tradesmen to nurture old and dilapidated houses back to desirable homes restored with sympathy to the original intent and the surrounding environment.
- Property Project Management (managing projects on behalf of home owners) – Ensuring clients who are about to undertake large restoration works and refurbishments have access to design and management skills capable of ensuring timely delivery of the project within the cost and quality expectation.
- Development Management – utilising the expertise, resource and purchasing power and established contacts within the local authority and other statutory bodies to manage design and construction of a new house or project from inception through to completion.
